It depends on the property and what you need. The first consultation is free, and you'll get clear, honest pricing before anything moves forward — no surprises.
Do I have to sell the property?
Not at all. My job is to help you understand your options. Selling is just one of them, and the choice is always yours.
What if I live out of state?
That's common, and it's no problem. I can be your eyes, hands, and single point of contact on the ground here in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley.
Do you really handle the junk and old vehicles?
Yes — clean-outs, hauling, donations, and even abandoned or inoperable vehicles. The parts most people dread are the parts I take off your plate.
How soon can we start?
